My name is Derek Washburn and I'm very excited about entering into the world of Real Estate. I am currently a World Geogragphy teacher at Rudder High School in Bryan and I am beginning to work as an agent part time. I have had a very strong desire to get involoved in real estate for a few years now and felt that this was a perfect time to make this career leap. I hope to eventually step out of teaching and into the Real Estate profession full time. I am looking forward to helping as many of my fellow neighbors as I can reach the "American Dream" of home ownership.
