We will research past appreciation rates for the communities you are considering if you desire. We will meet with you periodically to review the progress. We will advise you on how to prepare an offer when you find the home you want. We will monitor progress toward closing when your offer is accepted. We will immediately advise you of events that may threaten closing. We will stay in contact with the listing agent to make sure things are proceeding smoothly.
